Jobtailor is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager in São Paulo to lead the infrastructure team, plan and maintain servers, networks, and cloud environments. You will drive security, vendor negotiations, and project delivery across IT disciplines.

The role emphasizes ITIL practices, monitoring, and cost optimization with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across business units.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field is required.
• ITIL Foundation is required; postgraduate IT management is preferred.
• Certifications listed (Fortinet, AWS, CCNA, MCSA, VMware) are highly regarded.

• Coordinate the IT infrastructure team, assigning tasks, monitoring deliveries and promoting the technical development of team members;
• Plan, implement and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization and cloud environments;
• Manage and monitor information security systems (firewall, VPN, ZTNA);
• Administer and evolve the virtualization environment (VMware / Hyper‑V) and Windows Server and Linux servers;
• Coordinate IT projects, preparing scope, schedule, budget and communication with the involved business areas;
• Manage contracts and SLAs with infrastructure, telecommunications and cloud vendors, conducting negotiations and performance evaluations;
• Ensure availability and performance of cloud environments (AWS / Azure), overseeing costs and optimizations;
• Implement and monitor ITSM processes (incident, change and problem management), ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices;
• Proactively monitor the IT environment using tools such as Zabbix, responding to alerts and preventing outages;
• Support internal and external IT audits by providing evidence and adjusting security and infrastructure controls;
• Prepare management reports on availability, performance, capacity and incidents for IT management;
• Structure and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for the IT Infrastructure area, ensuring managerial visibility through direct reporting to the IT Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields;
• Postgraduate degree in IT Management (preferred);
• ITIL Foundation (required);
• Microsoft certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑900 or MCSA);
• Fortinet NSE or FortiGate certification; AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect; CCNA or equivalent; VMware VCP (preferred);
• Software knowledge: FortiGate firewall, Veeam Backup, Intune, Microsoft 365 portal, Project, commercial ITSM platforms;
• Strong knowledge of corporate networking (switching, routing, firewall, VPN, SD‑WAN, corporate Wi‑Fi);
• Experience managing Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and File Server;
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere / Hyper‑V);
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure): provisioning, cost management and security;
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2016+ and Linux fundamentals (administration and troubleshooting);
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam Backup & Replication);
• Knowledge of firewall (FortiGate), VPN and ZTNA;
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG or similar);
• Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident, change and problem management;
• Leadership skills, team management and people development;
• Project and vendor management skills, with a cost‑and deadline‑oriented mindset;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune);
• Knowledge of IoT technologies and industrial environments (preferred).
