Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer to troubleshoot and debug cloud network platform issues, validate ideas with in‑house engineers, and evaluate buy‑versus‑build approaches.

You will design networks for multi‑account and hybrid‑cloud environments, support topology, incident response, and automate with IaC while documenting solutions for cross‑team knowledge sharing.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related technical field.
CCNP certification or equivalent experience designing, building, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex networking infrastructures.
2+ years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure automation and cloud computing, preferably AWS public cloud and AWS networking services.
2+ years of experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting network solutions.
Experience with IP addressing planning, BGP routing, firewalls, load balancers, routers, and switches.
System administration experience, including familiarity with Linux OS and scripting.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
Coding skills or interest in learning software development.
Previous PCI CSS experience or a similar security standard, including network security aspects.
English proficiency sufficient to read, write, and participate in meetings.
Familiarity with DevOps culture.
Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to document solutions for cross-team knowledge sharing.

Responsabilidades

Troubleshoot and debug Cloud Network platform issues and continuously improve solutions.
Validate ideas and collaborate with in-house engineers and developers.
Evaluate buy-versus-build approaches, products, and technologies.
Execute high-level and low-level designs for cloud network connectivity patterns across multi-account and hybrid-cloud environments.
Support Cloud Network topology, troubleshoot incidents, handle network changes, and participate in problem management, root cause analysis, and configuration management.
Provide reliable and stable infrastructure using best practices, standards, simplified support models, automation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Use data-driven analysis to evaluate stability, reliability, scalability, and costs before committing to solutions.
Implement monitoring and robust control and delivery processes to identify issues proactively within agreed SLAs.
Document solutions for cross-team knowledge sharing.
