Insider One is seeking a Talent Researcher to join the HR team in São Paulo, Brazil. You will help manage the first stage of recruitment, build talent pipelines, and contact impressive candidates across three countries while developing technical skills and networking across cultures.

You will source candidates on social media and professional networks, pursue quality hires, and support recruitment through strategic outreach and relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is required.
• Advanced level of English is required.
• Fresh graduate or internship experience in related field is acceptable.
• Confident, self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to influence others.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
• Strong organization and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Expand pipelines for positions across 3 countries.
• Coordinate recruitment process, optimize time to hire and cost to hire.
• Maintain candidate databases via an applicant tracking system.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Craft and send engaging recruiting emails to attract top candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (Boolean search).
• Create policies to support company business objectives.

We are looking for excited people who will start as Talent Researcher and who would like to pursue your career of a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a great opportunity for self-improvement and acquisition of technical skills by learning, attracting talents from 3 different countries and having a command of all these cultures. You will be joining the HR team and helping to manage the first stage of the recruitment process. You will be tasked with arrange of responsibilities, from looking for potentials to contacting impressive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. In order to be successful in this position, you will need to have solid networking skills, know how to source candidates on social media, and enjoy learning about all kinds of different roles as ultimately, you will be expected to proactively identify hiring needs and fill their vacancies with exceptional employees.

Job Description

• Expanding pipelines for all positions in 3 different countries;
• Coordinating the recruiting process for all positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire;
• Maintaining candidate databases via an applicant tracking system;
• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github);
• Crafting and sending engaging recruiting emails to entice top candidates;
• Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements;
• Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
• Creating policies to support company business objectives
