Jobtailor seeks a transformation project analyst in Belo Horizonte to drive diagnoses and implement improvement initiatives. You will build analyses in Excel and dashboards in Power BI to monitor projects and indicators, and present findings to management.

Responsibilities include coordinating owners, tracking deadlines, and communicating with multiple departments to ensure alignment and risk management. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with projects, business analysis, strategy, transformation, planning or related areas.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to turn analyses into conclusions and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of Power BI for indicators and dashboards.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with data and turn analyses into conclusions and recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills, with confidence in manipulating data sets and building analyses
• Knowledge of Power BI for creating and monitoring indicators
• Strong ability to create and synthesize materials in PowerPoint
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple activities, owners, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ease working with different departments and professional profiles
