Jobtailor in Curitiba, PR, Brazil seeks a Process Improvement Lead to map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end business processes. You will run diagnostic sessions, develop process models and governance artifacts, and drive digital transformation and automation initiatives across business areas and IT teams.

You will guide change, monitor performance indicators, perform root-cause analyses, and lead projects with senior leadership, ensuring sustainable improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in BPM and process modeling.
• Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA or equivalent methodologies.
• Indicator analysis and interpretation.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA focused on processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end business processes.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and diagnostic sessions with client areas.
• Develop process models, flowcharts, procedures, and governance artifacts.
• Identify waste, failures, rework, and risks, proposing sustainable solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement, digital transformation, and process automation initiatives.
• Facilitate between business areas and technology teams, translating needs into requirements.
• Define and monitor process performance indicators.
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop action plans.
• Assess change requests, including impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and strengthen process governance models.
• Support change management, ensuring adoption and sustainability of improvements.
• Promote best practices in process management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Lead projects with engagement from business areas and senior leadership, executing per plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
