Responsabilidades

• Lead and monitor operational and systems-related projects and initiatives
• Ensure project governance by tracking schedules, scope, costs, risks, and deliverables
• Monitor action plans, deadlines, and owners, identifying deviations and supporting corrective actions
• Map, analyze, and redesign operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
• Monitor activities and demands related to field operations
• Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), supporting operational performance analysis
• Consolidate, analyze, and transform operational data into relevant insights for decision-making
• Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and project tracking materials
• Collaborate with different internal departments, clients, and other stakeholders
• Support decisions related to the projects and processes under their responsibility
• Contribute to continuous improvement, productivity, standardization, and operational control initiatives

• Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization
• Experience creating and monitoring KPIs and operational metrics
• Ability to consolidate technical and operational information and transform it into clear, concise materials for executive audiences
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work with different departments and stakeholders
• Experience with projects related to field operations
• Experience working in environments with high volumes of information, performance indicators, and multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools
