Jobtailor is seeking a Lean continuous improvement specialist to lead medium-complexity projects in São Paulo. Define scope, goals, metrics, and implementation plans, and develop dashboards to track performance. Apply Lean, PDCA, and Kaizen to analyze data, map value streams, conduct time and motion studies, and drive process excellence.

You will train teams in problem-solving and 6S practices, lead A3 reporting, and collaborate to reduce variability and improve service levels across sites.

• Proficient in Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies.
• Strong root cause analysis using 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and data analysis.
• Experience with A3 reports and structured problem solving.
• Ability to develop dashboards and performance indicators to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum experience not specified
