Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to maintain strategic client relationships and oversee shipping operations. The role requires coordinating LCL import shipments, handling quotations, and ensuring accurate information flow between clients and internal teams.

You will monitor collections, analyze statements, and assist in resolving outstanding issues to uphold high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Fluent English is required, and a bachelor's degree is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed in a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience coordinating LCL import shipments, and knowledge of freight forwarding and NVOCC operations.
