Jobtailor in Joinville, Brazil seeks a data-driven operations analyst to manage the order portfolio, align internal departments, and monitor KPIs. You will develop analyses using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making and act as a technical reference for the team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong experience in portfolio/order management, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Prioritization in a high-volume environment and leadership exposure are desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in portfolio management, order management or commercial operations.
• Advanced Excel for data handling, formulas and analysis.
• Power BI for building and interpreting dashboards.
• Experience in KPI analysis to support decision-making.
• Strong communication across levels and departments.
• Self-driven with ability to manage tasks independently.
• Experience with demand planning, forecasting or S&OP (desired).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) (desired).
• Experience in high-volume environments with prioritization needs (desired).
• Ability to organize and structure processes (desired).
• Leadership experience or prior leading projects (desired).
