Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Analyst in São Paulo to optimize order handling, KPI tracking, and supplier coordination. You will manage incidents to ensure on-time deliveries and collaborate with carriers to resolve anomalies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus. You will monitor the order portfolio, schedule orders, and contribute to continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

• Handle incidents to ensure deliveries are completed and participate in alignment with carriers; analyze extra cost requests and reschedule deliveries.
• Manage the order portfolio, process orders in the management systems, and handle order scheduling.
• Develop, monitor, and track KPIs; present performance results to clients and interfacing departments; report KPI information to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of action plans for continuous improvement, propose process improvements, and monitor progress of actions.
• Understand and apply EHS practices and environmental responsibilities per company policies and emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents to ensure deliveries are completed; participate in alignment/integration meetings with carriers when necessary; analyze extra cost requests submitted by carriers; receive and review reports of delivery anomalies provided by suppliers and request customer delivery reschedules. Perform purchase order management routines; review the order portfolio of key customers, monitor the company's corporate billing volume schedule, and send stock-out reports and scheduling visibility to the commercial/sales area.
• Manage the order portfolio, process orders using the company's management systems, and handle order scheduling.
• Develop, monitor, and track KPIs; present the area's performance results to clients and interfacing departments; report KPI information to the responsible leadership and stakeholders; analyze strategic service-level indicators and propose solutions for identified deviations; and update indicators according to routine.
• Support the implementation of action plans for continuous improvement, propose process improvements for the area, and work with the team to monitor the progress and results of actions, executing specific improvement projects.
• Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation in accordance with the company's EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures.
