What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, maintain, enhance, support, and integrate business intelligence deliverables and applications
- Design, create, and optimize data models and intuitive data visualizations while ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with the ETL team to generate files for data models and applications
- Provide Level 2 support for report developers and lead performance management dashboarding initiatives
- Document requirements and create complex reports and visualizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a quantitative field such as information systems, statistics, economics, or finance
- Five (5) years' experience working with business intelligence applications and data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Qlik scripting and writing complex SQL queries
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and debugging
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or Six Sigma/Lean certification
- Data Warehouse and Data Modeling experience
- Knowledge of project management principles, including Agile
- Familiarity with macros, set analysis, and data visualization techniques
- Experience in process reengineering or continuous improvement approaches
