What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop, maintain, enhance, support, and integrate business intelligence deliverables and applications
• Design, create, and optimize data models and intuitive data visualizations while ensuring data accuracy
• Collaborate with the ETL team to generate files for data models and applications
• Provide Level 2 support for report developers and lead performance management dashboarding initiatives
• Document requirements and create complex reports and visualizations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a quantitative field such as information systems, statistics, economics, or finance
• Five (5) years' experience working with business intelligence applications and data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Qlik scripting and writing complex SQL queries
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and debugging
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Master's degree or Six Sigma/Lean certification
• Data Warehouse and Data Modeling experience
• Knowledge of project management principles, including Agile
• Familiarity with macros, set analysis, and data visualization techniques
• Experience in process reengineering or continuous improvement approaches
