Job summary

CASIO SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. in Brazil's Norte region seeks an organized accounts payable professional to manage vendor payments and maintain accurate records.

You will handle payments and ensure financial data integrity across multiple channels. The role includes reconciling bank activity with EPOS and ecommerce data, preparing monthly reconciliations, and supporting audits with auditors. A Diploma in Accounting and 2–3 years of experience are preferred, along with strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting is required.
• Min 2-3 years accounts experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) applications.
• Experience in using JDEE1 Accounting software will be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to details and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and maintain accurate records.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling Account Payable function and ensuring accurate account records.
• Process payment to vendors/ creditors via bank portal.
• Reconcile bank receipts against retails sales’ s EPOS system, E-Commerce and E-Marketplace transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Maintain monthly balance sheet schedules and various accounting reports as assigned.
• Coordinate and perform half yearly outlets’ cash count, fixed asset checks etc.
• Liaise with the auditor and arrange for retail GTO annual audit.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
