The role includes bank reconciliation, cash-flow monitoring, and liaising with auditors and banks. This position supports payroll, GST-related records, and year-end tax documentation as needed. Accounting – Key Job Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, credit notes and payment vouchers.
• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Maintain proper accounting records, receipts and supporting documents.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Prepare GST-related records and assist with GST submissions.
• Support payroll, CPF and employee claims where required.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers and customers when necessary.
• Assist with year-end audit and tax documentation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
