Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly accounts including General Ledger, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow
• Supervise and guide junior staff
• Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support
• Lead ad-hoc projects and external regulatory matters as required

Job description

Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of monthly accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation and audit schedules
• Monitor cash flow
• Able to provide supervision and guidance to junior staff on daily operations
• Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance
• Manage tax, audit, corporate secretarial or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required
• Take on lead roles in ad-hoc projects and activities assigned

Requirements:
