KONTOURZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance professional to manage a full monthly close, including General Ledger, AP, Balance Sheet, P&L, and tax submissions while monitoring cash flow and providing guidance to junior staff.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience and a degree in Finance or Accounting, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills to coordinate intercompany transactions and liaise with external parties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle full set of monthly accounts (GL, AP, B/S, P&L) and audit schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and advise on liquidity.
• Supervise and guide junior staff in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of monthly accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation and audit schedules
• Monitor cash flow
• Able to provide supervision and guidance to junior staff on daily operations
• Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance
• Manage tax, audit, corporate secretarial or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required
• Take on lead roles in ad-hoc projects and activities assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
