We help the world run better At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
SAP Digital Hub is one of the most innovative teams in the company, built to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a scalable, speedy, and personalized way. You would be joining one of the most exciting teams in Latin America, working at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and business transformation. Here, you will be empowered to build, experiment, and create - contributing directly to how SAP engages with its customers across the region.
This Young Professional role is designed for students who are passionate about data, AI, and emerging technologies. You do not need prior SAP knowledge - we will provide the product context. What matters most is your curiosity, technical foundation, and ability to bring ideas to life. You will work alongside experienced Solution Advisors on the BAIP portfolio - covering Business AI, Analytics, Data Management, and Integration - building internal tools and assets that enhance how we demonstrate SAP solutions, run live demos, and prepare for customer engagements.
You will play a hands-on role in building and maintaining the technical assets that make our customer demonstrations more compelling and efficient. This includes developing scripts, automation routines, and data pipelines that feed demo environments with realistic, high-quality data. You will also help integrate AI-powered capabilities into demo scenarios, making it easier for Solution Advisors to showcase the full potential of SAP's BAIP portfolio in a live setting.
You will research and prototype internal applications using AI and data technologies - from building generative AI assistants that support presentation preparation, to creating analytical models that help the team track performance and customer engagement patterns. These projects will have direct impact on how the Digital Hub team operates day-to-day.
You will contribute to the creation of technical collateral for customer-facing events, proof-of-concept documentation, and executive briefing materials. Working with the team, you will help translate complex technical scenarios into clear, visual narratives that resonate with business decision-makers.
