SAP São Leopoldo is seeking an intern to support Talent Discovery & Reporting, focusing on data-driven insights for recruiting across the Americas. The role partners with TD leadership to build dashboards, analyze TA metrics, and promote data-informed decisions.

You will work in a hybrid setup in São Leopoldo, Brazil, collaborating with recruiters and stakeholders, applying advanced Excel and visualization tools, and learning through hands-on projects designed to shape a data-driven talent

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Tech Talent Discovery & Reporting

Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil [hybrid position, hybrid position, 3 days per week working from the office]

In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and the TD (Talent Discovery) Director to generate and maintain funnel metrics for targeted teams, supporting data-driven decisions across the Americas market. Your work will help increase visibility into Talent Acquisition’s activities, results, and impact.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports, translating TA data into clear, actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency, automate data workflows, and surface trends across recruiting pipelines
• Partner with recruiters on proactive sourcing strategies and support the evaluation and implementation of new TA tools
• Drive change management initiatives by crafting compelling emails and presentations for regional and global audiences (employees, managers, and leadership)Support strategic projects led by the TD Director, with a focus on process improvement and TA landscape transformation
• Coordinate and moderate internal events and team initiatives
• Apply a structured, analytical approach to complex business processes and talent data

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.Passionate about data and reporting — you're energized by dashboards, metrics, and turning numbers into narratives
• Proficient with AI tools, particularly applied to reporting, data analysis, and productivity workflows
• Familiar with recruiting processes and Talent Acquisition concepts, even if reporting is your primary strengthAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong command of PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with or curiosity about data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a collaborative and global environment.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
