SAP is offering a paid internship through the SAP Internship Experience Program for the iXp Intern – Talent Discovery in São Paulo, Brazil. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) and spans two years, with opportunities to learn across recruiting and HR functions.
We seek a university student in HR, business administration, or psychology, with advanced English and Spanish being a plus, and a proactive, curious mindset to support diverse recruiting initiatives.

Built knowledge of SAPs Recruiting Model, participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively tothefullrecruiting process (screening candidates, meet Hiring Managers, system management, etc).

In this TD internship at SAP on the Go‑To‑Market and Corporate recruiting teamyou will learn alongside of a team of passionate recruiters supporting SAPs Customer Success, Customer Service and Delivery, People & Culture, Global Finance & Administration, & Office of the CEOBoard Areas across the Brazil and Latin America’s. You will also support in a project‑based capacity acting as the right hand of TD leadership on topics including, headcount forecasting, demand planning, req assignment, Diversity & Inclusion, data analytics, system enhancements, and collaboration across other HR teams.
