SAP iXp Internship in People & Culture Local Services in São Paulo offers a 12-month assignment in a hybrid setting. You’ll support onboarding, HR documentation, contracts, terminations, and local HR activities while growing professionally within SAP’s global internship program.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (HR/Psych/Business Admin) with graduation anticipated within 24 months, proficient English, and strong communication.

Position Duration:

This internship is intended for a 12-month assignment.

• Based on the current project scope, no extension is anticipated.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are close to completing their undergraduate degree.

What You Bring

• Current enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or a related field.
• Expected graduation within approximately 24 months.
• Advanced professional English.
• Proactive, results-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, agile, and proactive mindset; resilient in fast-paced environments and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (plus PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Analytical, structured, and process-oriented thinking; strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines and quality.
