SAP SE is seeking a proactive SAP iXp Intern – Tech Talent Discovery & Reporting in São Leopoldo, Brazil. The hybrid role focuses on building dashboards, leveraging AI, and supporting Talent Acquisition through data-driven insights within a global context.

You will partner with recruiters and the TD Director to drive TA analytics across the Americas, gain exposure to recruiting tools, and contribute to strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Tech Talent Discovery & Reporting

Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil [hybrid position, hybrid position, 3 days per week working from the office]

In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and the TD (Talent Discovery) Director to generate and maintain funnel metrics for targeted teams, supporting data-driven decisions across the Americas market. Your work will help increase visibility into Talent Acquisition’s activities, results, and impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports, translating TA data into clear, actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency, automate data workflows, and surface trends across recruiting pipelines
• Partner with recruiters onproactive sourcing strategies and support the evaluation and implementation of new TA tools
• Drivechange management initiatives by crafting compelling emails and presentations for regional and global audiences (employees, managers, and leadership)Support strategic projects led by the TD Director, with a focus on process improvement and TA landscape transformation
• Coordinate and moderate internal events and team initiatives
• Apply astructured, analytical approach to complex business processes and talent data

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.Passionate about data and reporting — you're energized by dashboards, metrics, and turning numbers into narratives
• Proficient with AI tools, particularly applied to reporting, data analysis, and productivity workflows
• Familiar withrecruiting processes and Talent Acquisition concepts, even if reporting is your primary strengthAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong command of PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with or curiosity aboutdata visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a collaborative and global environment.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree inData Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
