Charming May EA LLP is seeking an Employment Consultant to build expertise in helper placement with hands-on mentoring from the owners. You will handle customer enquiries, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and drive placements while maintaining records and meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring initiative, consistent follow-up, and strong communication. CEI certification is required, and training is provided.

Qualificações

• Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• If you're new to the industry but bring drive, sound judgement and a willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you.
• CEI certificate is required.

• Take ownership of enquiries, from first conversation to confirmed placement.
• Follow up proactively, address concerns and confidently explain our services and fees.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide placement-related support.
• Work towards agreed sales targets while prioritising honest advice and suitable matches.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT WE OFFER

• $2,600 monthly basic + performance-based commission
• Hands-on training and direct mentoring from the owners
• Ownership of your customer enquiries
• Salary reviews based on sustained performance and contribution

Commission applies to eligible completed, fully paid new placements. Full terms will be explained during the interview.

Southbank, near Lavender MRT

5½-day week / 44 working hours

Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm, including a one-hour lunch break

Saturday: Half-day, usually working from home

Immediate availability preferred
