GM Connection Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring Sales Consultants for a full-time role. The position features a base salary plus variable commissions and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

You will handle inbound client inquiries, screen migrant domestic workers, match families with helpers, coordinate interviews, and support placement documentation and follow-ups to ensure a smooth placement process.

• MDW Screening & Profiling: interview migrants to assess skills and create candidate profiles.
• Client Consultation & Matching: assess household needs and match families with helpers.
• Interview Management: coordinate sessions between clients and candidates.
• Operations Support: manage placement docs, follow-ups, and post-placement support.

Key Responsibilities

• MDW Screening & Profiling: Conduct structured interviews with Migrant Domestic Workers to assess skills and create accurate candidate profiles.
• Client Consultation & Matching: Handle inbound inquiries, assess household requirements, and match families with appropriate helpers.
• Interview Management: Coordinate and facilitate seamless interview sessions between clients and candidates.
• Operations Support: Manage placement documentation, client follow-ups, and post-placement support.

• CEI certification (Basic/Certificate) is an advantage
