Responsabilidades

• Handle sales enquiries, quotations and purchase orders from overseas customers.
• Communicate with customers by email and phone regarding orders, product details, production updates and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
• Physically check products during and after production for quality and accuracy.
• Work with the Production team on the factory floor to check and follow up on order progress.
• Monitor production progress and ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
• Process and follow up on sales orders from receipt to shipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely completion.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and organized Sales Coordinator (Production/Manufacturing) to join our team. This is a full-time position based in the North Region, offering a competitive salary of $3,500 per month with a 5-day work week. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our sales department and production/manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of orders. This position is strategically important to our business, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

• Handle sales enquiries, quotations and purchase orders from overseas customers.
• Communicate with customers by email and phone regarding orders, product details, production updates and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
• Physically check products during and after production for quality and accuracy.
• Work hands-on with the Production team on the factory floor to check and follow up on order progress.
• Monitor production progress, check product specifications and ensure the finished products meet customer requirements.
• Process and follow up on sales orders from the time the order is received until production and shipment is completed.
• Coordinate closely with the Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Follow up with the Production team on any delays, issues or outstanding matters and help to resolve them.
• Update customer records, order details and sales information accurately.
• Assist the Sales Manager and Senior Sales Coordinator with customer follow-ups, reports and administrative work.
• Maintain good relationships with overseas customers through professional and timely communication.
• Support daily sales and production coordination and other duties assigned by the company.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service or Sales Administration.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Hands-on and proactive, with a willingness to work closely with the Production team on the factory floor.
• Comfortable working in both an office and factory environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow up closely on orders, production progress and outstanding matters.
