You will develop new B2B clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia, promote actuators, dampers and explosion‑proof products, and build long‑term customer relationships. Qualificações

• At least 1–3 years of B2B industrial product sales experience.
• Experience in HVAC, building automation, or M&E industries preferred.

About the role

Sales Representative for HVAC & Industrial Control Products based in Singapore. You will develop new B2B clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia, promote actuators, dampers and explosion-proof products, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new B2B clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia, including M&E contractors, building consultants, system integrators and HVAC distributors

• Promote actuators, dampers and explosion-proof products, and provide customers with professional quotations and technical solutions

• Follow up sales leads, conduct commercial negotiations, close orders and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers

• Maintain customer CRM records and submit weekly sales reports, sales forecasts and market feedback

About you

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR), proficient in English and able to meet the requirements of customer communication and daily work

• At least 1–3 years of B2B industrial product sales experience

• Experience in HVAC, building automation, or mechanical and electrical industries is preferred

• Results-oriented and proactive, able to work independently and perform under sales target pressure

• Basic understanding of industrial products and the ability to quickly learn the technical knowledge of products

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset
