We’re Dingus & Zazzy, a global digital marketing agency, and we’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Brazil to join our expanding international team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build advanced sales skills, engage with global clients, and accelerate their career in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured outreach to prospects via phone, email, and CRM (HubSpot)
  • Qualify leads, uncover business opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings with sales executives and coordinate next steps
  • Analyze and report on outreach performance and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, strategies, and processes
  • Contribute proactively to improving lead generation and prospecting efficiency
Who We’re Looking For – Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in lead generation or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance sales organization
  • Ability to work 8 : 30 am – 5 pm ET, Monday to Friday
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • SDR or BDR experience
  • HubSpot or CRM experience
  • Experienced cold caller (bonus if you’ve used a power dialer)
