ANSA McAL Distribution Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, ensuring accurate order processing and timely reporting.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams, prepare quotations and presentations, maintain customer databases and sales records, and assist with campaigns and product launches while delivering exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s Degree would be an asset.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a sales administration, sales support, customer service, or coordination role.
• Experience in the FMCG or distribution industry would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Administration and support for day-to-day functions.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor order status and resolve issues affecting deliveries.
• Ensure pricing, promotions, and customer agreements are reflected in the system.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries about products, pricing, orders, and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through timely communication.
• Coordinate meetings, training, and promotional activities for the Sales Team.
• Assist with planning and execution of sales campaigns and product launches.

Formação académica

Associate Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

Bachelor’s Degree would be an asset.

• Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

• Ensure pricing, promotions, and customer agreements are accurately reflected in the system.
