ANSA McAL Distribution Inc. is seeking a Sales Analyst to analyze sales data, monitor performance, and prepare reports that provide actionable insights to support informed business decisions and drive sales growth.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with data reporting tools such as Power BI. You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Operations in a fast-paced environment, contributing to forecasting, budgeting and strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, statistics, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or data analysis is an asset.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP/CRM tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze sales data, trends, and performance to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Track sales targets, actual performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance by product, territory, customer, and sales representative.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Sales Team and Management.
• Assist with sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, discounts, and their impact on sales performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases and records.
• Identify discrepancies or data inconsistencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Sales Team with data and analysis required for meetings, presentations, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to support sales initiatives.
• Assist with the development and improvement of sales reporting processes and analytical tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
