A leading automotive company is seeking a Sales Manager to manage and develop sales performance in the Morumbi region, São Paulo. The role involves supporting dealers with sales strategies and monitoring market performance. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, relevant sales experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and advanced English is required. This position is 100% on-site in front of Shopping Morumbi.

Qualificações

  • Previous experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and develop sales performance within the assigned region.
  • Support dealers with sales strategies, campaigns, and commercial actions.
  • Monitor sales targets, KPIs, market performance, and inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular dealership visits to drive performance and relationship management.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies and brand standards.
