Qualificações

The Need

The candidate will help with the following three areas of the business, all of which are primarily focused on cold calling:

  • Capital Maintenance: Call and email lenders and investors in our database to obtain their current investment parameters and then enter the information into HubSpot. Your KPI will be the number of records that you update with accurate information.
  • Capital Raising: For active capital raising engagements, call and email lenders and investors and preview the deal that we are raising capital for. Your objective is to determine if they want more information about the deal. If so, the conversation will be turned over to a senior member of the Skylatus team. The leads will be provided to you by our research team. Your KPI will be the number of lenders / investors that request more information about the deal.
  • Business Development: Call and email prospective owners and developers and pitch Skylatus' services to them. Your objective is to schedule meetings between the prospects that you identify and a senior member of the Skylatus team. The leads will be provided to you by our research team. Your KPI will be the number of meetings that you book.
Key Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
  • Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience.
  • Stamina to make a high volume of calls everyday.
  • Interest in hotel and / or multifamily real estate.
  • Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the.S. commercial real estate market is a plus.
