Qualificações

Join our Sales Team in Sao Paulo and provide us with administrative and task management support in order for the sales team to fully focus on account development

This position is full-time, the work mode supported is onsite or hybrid with the requirement to work from our office in Sao Paulo at least 3 times per week.

Your mission :

  • Smooth Internal Process Flow : Be the backbone of our Sales Organization that ensures that all processes flow smoothly, handle contracts and order management in cooperation with other stakeholders in 1NCE;
  • Reporting and Communication : Offer a precise and timely reporting for our Sales Representatives due monthly commissions and serve as first point of contact on day-to-day questions;
  • Support the Sales Team : Support the team by managing and executing billing, invoicing and accounts payable as well as in lead management after trade shows, helping to keep our Salesforce system updated;
  • Documentation Management : Set-up new agreements and tariffs in our systems, based on Supply Agreements with signed customers, conduct manual intake of sample and special orders in BSS system;
  • Internal Administration Tasks : Handle of "Call-off orders" in alignment with the responsible sales representatives, ensure internal administration of Referral Leads;
  • Cooperation with Other Departments : Working with Finance to ensure a timely and reliable payout procedure towards partners, prepare monthly reporting on referral payouts.

Your skills :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other related field;
  • Experience : At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT, telecommunications or IoT domain;
  • Technical Skills : Knowledge and practical experience with EDP systems and CRM systems like Salesforce;
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English and Portuguese;
  • Personality Traits : Excellent communication skills, structured and methodical way of working, success-oriented attitude, hands-on mentality and thirst for knowledge, assertiveness and perseverance;
  • Good-to-Have Skills : Additional experience in accounting or controlling.
