Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Safety Evaluation and Risk Management professional in Brazil to conduct safety assessments, manage signals, and support regulatory submissions within a global pharmacovigilance framework.

The role emphasizes risk management planning, regulatory safety compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with Signal Detection & Signal Management.
• Experience in Benefit-Risk Assessment.
• Authoring & reviewing Safety Reports (PSUR, PBRER, DSUR, annual reports).
• Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Safety Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and benefit-risk assessments of products.
• Execute Signal Detection and Signal Evaluation activities.
• Develop and maintain Risk Management Plans (RMPs).
• Prepare and review regulatory safety documents.
• Provide medical support for regulatory submissions and label updates.
• Participate in global safety and governance committees.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
