Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking an SAP MM/SD Functional Analyst to drive end-to-end SAP processes across SD and MM, including incident management and process configuration. You will coordinate with FI, LE, WM teams, document requirements, and support go-live activities.

We are looking for SAP MM/SD Functional Analyst, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

• Handle L1, L2 and L3 incidents and service requests across SAP SD and MM, ensuring timely response and resolution according to agreed SLAs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of issues, including prioritization, business communication, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution and closure.
• Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap and impact assessments, and translate requirements into SAP process and configuration solutions.
• Configure and support Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, shipping and related logistics processes.
• Coordinate functional delivery with business stakeholders, ABAP developers and consultants from FI, LE, WM and other integrated modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, user guides and knowledge articles.
• Execute unit testing and support integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Identify recurring incidents and improvement opportunities, proposing preventive actions and process optimization.
• Support critical business windows, month-end activities and high-priority production situations when required.
• Communicate scope, risks, dependencies and business impacts clearly to local and global stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and maintain clear, reusable functional and technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English
• Strong functional experience in SAP SD and SAP MM within SAP ECC or comparable SAP environments.
• SAP SD: sales organization structures, sales areas, distribution channels, divisions, customer and material master data, quotations, sales orders, partner functions, pricing, output determination, deliveries, picking, packing, goods issue, billing, credit/debit memos, returns and customer service processes.
• SAP MM / Procure-to-Pay: enterprise structure, purchasing organizations and groups, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, document types, number ranges, release strategies, source determination, info records, source lists, goods movements, invoice verification and vendor/material master data.
• Inventory Management: plants, storage locations, movement types, stock types, stock transfers, batch management, subcontracting, consignment, physical inventory and material shelf-life processes.
• Logistics Execution integration: shipping, transportation, warehouse movements, transfer requirements/orders, replenishment, put‑away, picking strategies, packing, handling units and proof of delivery.
• Strong understanding of SD/MM integration and cross‑module touchpoints with FI, LE, WM and related logistics processes.
• Experience with domestic, export, intercompany and interplant processes, including taxation and country‑specific business requirements.
• Knowledge of ATP, workflows and SAP Fiori applications.
• Ability to perform functional configuration, impact analysis, root cause analysis and production issue resolution.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with development teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports and custom solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Request and Change Management, SLA monitoring and escalation handling.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
