Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Scrum Master in São Paulo to drive agile practices, remove impediments, and coach cross-functional teams. You will facilitate all Scrum events, manage backlogs with the Product Owner, and analyze metrics to deliver continuous value.

• Strong experience with Kanban, flow management, and demand shaping.
• Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Advanced facilitation, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management and metrics tracking.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/KMP) or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Experience in cybersecurity domain and data analytics a plus.
• Experience leading Dashboard Visualization teams with Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe/LeSS).
• Background in software development, QA, or product management.

Key Responsibilities
