Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Argus Lead to join our global testing teams. You will drive validation, upgrades, and pharmacovigilance system enhancements for Oracle Argus Safety, ensuring QA processes align with GxP, SDLC/STLC, IQ/OQ/PQ, and audit-ready documentation.

Lead cross-functional groups across delivery streams, manage stakeholders, and spearhead testing—from functional to UAT—while promoting data integrity, risk management, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle Argus Safety upgrades, validation, and pharmacovigilance systems.
• Expertise in CSV/CSA validation, GxP compliance, SDLC/STLC, IQ/OQ/PQ, and audit-ready documentation.
• Hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, data migration, and UAT testing.
• Strong knowledge of drug safety processes, case management, E2B reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with test management tools (ALM/Jira/Xray), defect management, and requirements traceability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive testing activities across global delivery teams.
• Familiarity with test automation, SQL, database validation, and AI-assisted testing accelerators is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and risk management
