Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil is hiring a Scrum Master to enable agile delivery across distributed teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate with the Product Owner to keep a clear backlog aligned with business goals.

This role offers opportunities to work with international projects, develop your skills in SAFe and Kanban, and participate in ongoing learning through the TCS Learning Portal and certifications.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe or LeSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).

Collect and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure value delivery and continuous improvement.

Act as a mentor and coach for the team, encouraging self-management and team autonomy.

Support the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives.

Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Implement risk management practices, identifying risks and working on mitigation.

Keep stakeholders updated on the progress of the teams and deliveries

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience operating in high-pressure or high-change environments

Strong experience with Kanban, flow management, and demand shaping

Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities

Advanced facilitation, communication, and conflict management skills

Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management and metrics tracking

Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC

Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/KMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)

Experience in Cybersecurity domain

Experience in data analytics, metric reporting is a plus

Experience leading Dashboard Visualization teams and familiarity with PBI, Tableau

Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).

Background in software development, QA, or product management
