A global IT services company is seeking a Desktop Support Lead in Sorocaba, Brazil to manage team support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in English/Spanish and a strong background in IT support, including network, server administration, and customer service. Qualificações

• Ability to lead and manage a support team.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide follow-up and support for desktop/laptop and mobile devices.
• Manage stocks and assets.
• Deliver second-line IT support to internal departments.
• Guide and assist clients with technical issues.
• Install and configure PCs and peripherals.
• Maintain documentation and produce reports as needed.
• Conduct training and demonstrations.

Conhecimentos

Advance English/Spanish

Team management

Experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support

Network and Server Administration knowledge

Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10)

Good knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo)

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

• The follow-up and support of the Desktop /Laptop and Mobile Devices
• Stock and asset management.
• Providing 2nd line IT support for all our internal departments.
• Provide guidance, assistance and follow-up on client questions, problems or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
• Installing and configuring PC’s and peripherals on request
• Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
• Developing and maintaining documentation for all ICT support related subjects and producing reports as and when required
• Providing trainings / demo’s when needed

Mandatory Skills

• Advance English/Spanish.
• Should manage a team
• Experience in pc and/or mobile telephony support
• Should have good knowledge on Network and Server Administration
• Hands on Experience on mounting and unmounting the devices
• Should have good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office
• Should have good knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo)
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Having excellent administrative skills is key for the job (punctual and meticulous)
• Quick learner, punctual & interested in the progress of IT
