TXAKOLI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor for our North Brazil location to coordinate daily FOH and kitchen activities. You will manage seating, guest flow, and reservations to maximize efficiency while maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, balancing registers, coaching servers and bartenders, enforcing policies and dress codes, and engaging guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.

• Monitor food/beverage presentation and speed of service.
• Maintain strict compliance with local health codes and food safety regulations.
