RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd invites applications for a Kitchen Supervisor role within our NORTH region operations. You will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate with front-of-house teams to deliver quality meals on time.

Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, training, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and driving continuous improvements in workflow to sustain high culinary standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environments with SOP adherence.
• Ability to supervise and mentor kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.

• Understand the propositions and personalities of the concepts
• Support the execution of Kitchen Operations to prepare/cook and deliver quality meals to customers as specified in the menu
• Observe and comply with SOPs, food preparation hygiene standards and food safety regulations and policies
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of kitchen facilities and equipment

Menu Execution and Delivery

• Deliver all food orders by executing specific kitchen operationsu2019 support functions in accordance to defined cooking processes, recipes and SOPs while observing the strictest health and safety standards
• Kitchen Processes and Concept Development
• Set up station for work shift and to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and stations by executing cleaning duties assigned
• Follow and execute standard kitchen workflow and to highlight inefficiencies in existing workflow
• Check, count and monitor inventory levels

Quality Assurance & Control

• Monitor the quality of finished food product to ensure quality is up to the prescribed standards Comply with SOP and safety requirements
• Inspect and clean all utensils, equipment and kitchen area to ensure safety and hygiene standard and to report any that is not in working condition
• Identify and report unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors regarding personal and food safety

People Management

• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff by providing training, guidance, and support to maintain culinary standards
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback to ensure accountability and professional development
• Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and respectful kitchen culture through clear and consistent communication
• Act as a reliable team leader, coordinating closely with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
