RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd in Brazil seeks a hands-on Restaurant Operations Lead to oversee service delivery, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain quality across dining areas. You will coordinate workflow, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvements to service standards.

You will set up service areas, assist guests, manage cash handling, prep and serve drinks and desserts, and address customer concerns with guidance from supervisors.

• Oversee and execute a broader range of service operations in line with established SOPs, ensuring consistency and quality of service delivery
• Lead by example and support junior team members by providing guidance, training, and on-the-job coaching
• Take initiative to identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary
• Monitor workflow and assist in coordinating daily service activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Uphold service standards and contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to procedures and practices
• Act as a dependable team leader and role model, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards at all times

Restaurant Operations

• Execute assigned area of responsibility (e.g. greeter, runner, bartender, cashier) based on SOP
• Set up restaurant for service day, which include but not limiting to checking on availability of food item and special menu, guest reservation status, service area set-up, cash register and payment machines
• Provide service to customers
• Execute proper cash management
• Preparation and serving of all drinks, beverages and dessert items

Restaurant Management & Planning

• Address customersu2019 complaints in accordance to guidelines and to elevate issues to supervisors when necessary
• Identify and report all potential problems and to provide recommendations pertaining to the provision of services, food quality and cleanliness
• Support planning for peak periods, special events, or menu changes to ensure operational readiness

Quality Assurance & Control

• Comply with SOP and safety requirements
• Ensure quality of food is up to the prescribed standard
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained by inspecting and cleaning of all utensils and restaurant area
• Identify and report unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors pertaining to personal and food safety

People Management

• Act as a role model and mentor to junior staff, providing on-the-job training and guidance to ensure service consistency
• Support supervisors in delegating tasks and monitoring team performance

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by communicating clearly, supporting team needs, and encouraging professional conduct
