Compensation: Starting at $41,000 per year (plus applicable incentives)

About the Role

West Side Beer Distributing is looking for a motivated and adaptable Team Relief Sales Representative to support our retail accounts across multiple sales routes. This role steps in where needed to ensure our customers receive excellent service, well‑merchandised products, and consistent sales coverage. You’ll build strong relationships, maintain product visibility, and support store-level execution to drive sales and brand performance. What You’ll Do

• Provide sales coverage across multiple retail accounts as assigned
• Build and maintain well‑organized, attractive displays following merchandising standards
• Rotate product to maintain freshness and product quality
• Place orders, stock shelves, and maintain inventories based on store needs
• Support the execution of promotions, pricing, displays, and brand programs
• Build positive relationships with store managers and staff
• Monitor competitive activity and communicate insights to the Sales Team
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and orders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, MLCC regulations, and supplier agreements
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team updates

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Prior sales, merchandising, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Reliable Vehicle and proof of insurance coverage that meets company requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Work in retail environments with varying conditions
• Perform repetitive motions while stocking and merchandising
• Safely operate company vehicles and merchandising equipment
