What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for generalist profiles, handling high-volume recruitment efficiently and with attention to detail.

Support recruitment events and career fairs, including logistics, candidate engagement, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers, ensuring alignment and a smooth communication flow throughout the recruiting process.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases, and spreadsheets to track and analyze recruitment metrics and progress.

Provide analytical insights and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Assist teams with recruiting campaigns and events across all educational levels, including Undergraduate, DD, Master's, and PhD schools.

Navigate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment (R&S), preferably with high-volume hiring.

Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).

Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
