Aallianz Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional to manage quantity take-offs, supplier sourcing, and bid support. The role coordinates tender preparation, price comparison, and post-tender activities, ensuring timely submissions and financial accuracy.

You will evaluate quotations, prepare variation orders, and monitor subcontractor payments to close out contracts efficiently. Responsibilities include producing quantity measurements, sourcing subcontractors, and ensuring complete tender

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement and tendering processes.
• Ability to read tender documents and prepare REQ.

Responsabilidades

• Produce quantity measurements within the targeted timeline.
• Source suppliers and subcontractors, preparing REQ based on tender documents and collating quotations.
• Negotiate and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through preparation of price comparison and analysis.
• Provide support to ensure completeness and timely submission of the tender bid.
• Follow up with post tender clarification and questionnaires when required.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
