• Manage the tendering and bidding process by engaging vendors and negotiating costs to secure competitive pricing
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery within budget
• Process monthly progress claims, subcontractor payments, and contract variations accurately and timely
• Prepare final accounts upon project completion to ensure accurate financial closure
