Quek & Quek Civil Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage take-offs, costing, and contract administration for diverse construction projects. You will prepare measurements, valuations, tender pricing and monitor cash flow to safeguard project profitability.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in QS or related fields and at least 2 years in construction. You will work on procurement, contracts, and daily project documentation across sites.

Qualificações

• Take-off quantities, costing and estimation for pre and post contract administration.
• Prepare valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flow.
• Tender for new projects.
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim claim, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions.
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractor's progress payment.
