B Spring International is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in the Brazil Norte region to manage quantity take-offs, tender preparations and subcontracting activities. You will coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure accurate costing and timely tender submissions.

The role requires experience in M&E or structural projects, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong communication under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Min. 3-5 years similar capacity experience in the M&E Industry or Structure Industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out Quantity Take off for project which includes sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors, collate price comparison and costing summary.
• Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents.
• Produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline.
• Prepare and call quotations including analyzing and evaluating for costing of tender; or negotiate and award of subcontracts for projects.
• To ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bid.
• Prepare cost budget, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projects accordingly.
• Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contracts works.
• Assess and submit monthly progress claim, and recommend subcontractor's monthly progress payment.
• Finalise subcontract and main contract's final account.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
