CHIAN TECK in Brazil's Norte region is seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor/Tendering professional to support the Tender Manager in all tendering activities, including quantity take-off, cost estimation, sourcing quotations, and tender analyses.

You will prepare BQ/SOQ, obtain supplier quotes, assist in budgeting and unit rate build-up, and present cost summaries to management. Independent, deadline-driven professionals with 2–5 years’ relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant tendering experience with project exposure in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, procurement procedures, and cost control practices.
• Familiar with quantity take-off, costing, and contract administration.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and QS-related software.
• Able to work independently and perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Overall Job Objective
