You will monitor ongoing expenses, manage contracts and procurement, and produce progress reports for clients and stakeholders, coordinating with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors and clients to ensure value for money. Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Tender Management.
• Experience in Gas System, Process Piping, Mechanical (M&E), Semiconductor, or EPC projects is preferred.
• Pay attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
