PAL-LINK CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a contracts/quantity surveyor to support tender and ongoing civil projects. You will liaise with engineers and subcontractors, prepare take-off quantities, and ensure timely information by updating the drawings repository.

You will maintain a complete set of contract documents and assist Contract Manager with valuations of variations and other contractual tasks.

Qualificações

• Min 3 years experience in building/civil in Singapore.
• Preferably with experience handling HDB projects.
• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Take-off quantity for tender & on-going projects.
• Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information.
• Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents.
• Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc.
• Other duties assigned by Contract Manager
