MAXBOND SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project administration and contract documentation, ensuring accurate progress claims, cost control, and contract closure. You will support tendering, and site surveys while resolving payment and claim issues efficiently.

The role requires a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD for take-offs and documentation.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction / Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD to support quantity take-offs and project documentation.
• Experience working with waterproofing subcontractor companies.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly progress claims, variation order submissions, and final accounts to facilitate timely contract closure.
• Calculate quantities and prepare detailed bills of quantities for project costing and tendering.
• Monitor progress claims and resolve discrepancies with clients to ensure accurate payments.
• Assist in tender preparation by verifying accurate inclusion of costing elements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, variations, cost reports, and site measurements for audit and reporting purposes.
• Review and negotiate final payments with contractors and subcontractors to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Conduct site surveys as required to support project documentation and claims.

About the role
