Northcroft Lim Consultants Pte Ltd seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage pricing, cost planning, and tender documentation. You will prepare comprehensive project costings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve cost issues.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are required for fast-paced, dynamic projects. The role demands extensive experience in QS consultancy, solid construction knowledge, and proficiency in AUTOCAD and MS Office tools.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 10+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying consultancy.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Proficient with cost estimation software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent executive communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Source quotations, perform price comparisons and create costing summaries.
• Prepare project costing documentation.
• Prepare documents for tender and contract.
• Liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and vendors on project cost issues.

• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;
• To prepare project costing;
• To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
• To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.

Qualifications

1)Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,

2)Minimum10 & above years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.

3)Strong understanding of construction processes.

4)Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

5)Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

6)Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

7)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
